Charles Darwin University (CDU) was seeking assistance with a review of the asset management capability within their Facilities Division. CDU is embarking upon a significant infrastructure investment and Campus change program which will require a contemporary framework of business systems, processes, skills and capabilities to effectively support and deliver this change program.

SAFM Solutions based the review on the ISO:55001 and PAS 55 Asset Management standards to measure:
